Policies & Fees Frequently Asked QuestionsHow many people can the Copper Creek Clubhouse accommodate?Our beautiful new clubhouse can accommodate up to 400 guests with indoor and outdoor seating for your wedding reception. The indoor banquet room can seat 200-250 guests and the outdoor patio can seat 150 guests. How do I reserve a date?A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to hold your date. What is the room charge and what does it include?The basic room charge is $750 for indoor events. The outdoor patio fee is $500. The room charge includes four hours of facility use. In addition, you may access the facility up to 2 hours prior to your event to accomodate deliveries and setup. When do I have to give a guest count and pay for the event?Menu arrangements for your wedding reception and a working estimate of guest count are needed three weeks prior to the function. A guaranteed number is required 72 hours prior to the function. Charges will be based on no less than the guaranteed number. Payment must be made for the event at the time of the guarantee, personal checks will not be accepted and the payment is non-refundable. Menu prices are subject to change without notice. All functions will be billed at pricing agreed to at contract signing. If the event is to include a tab for an open bar, payment for the open bar must be made at the conclusion of the event and must be guaranteed by a credit card. Can we bring in caterers for food and wine?All food and beverages must be purchased from The Copper Creek Golf Club. In addition, no food may be removed from the premises once it has been prepared and served. These policies are dictated by food safety and licensing laws. All menu prices are subject to an 18% service charge and the state sales tax. Menu prices are subject to change. When do I need to schedule an appointment to go over all of the details of the event?About a month before the actual event our event coordinator will contact you to set-up an appointment. At this time you will receive a formal estimate based on your selections. What other services do you provide?The Copper Creek Clubhouse has audio-visual equipment available for your use, or additional rental equipment can be coordinated if required. Please ask the event coordinator for details. At your request, the event coordinator will assist in making arrangements for floral, decorations, music and entertainment services, or other special services as needed. |
