Policies & Fees Frequently Asked QuestionsHow many people can the Copper Creek Clubhouse accommodate?Our beautiful new clubhouse can accommodate up to 350 guests with indoor and outdoor seating for your wedding reception. The indoor banquet room can seat 200 guests and the outdoor covered patio can seat 150 guests. How do I reserve a date?Your full room rental fee is due upon execution of this agreement and will be used as your deposit, the deposit is non-refundable. Any cancellation must be made, in writing, to Copper Creek Golf Club. What is the room charge and what does it include?The basic room charge is $1,000 for Friday- Sunday and $500 for Monday- Thursday. Copper Creek Golf Club can reserve the right to refuse rental of the banquet room. Time frames for renting the room will be enforced as the room may be utilized prior to or following your event. An additional hourly fee will be charged beyond the maximum rental times. Copper Creek Golf Club also reserves the right to require security for your event, at your expense. Room Rental Fee Includes • Skirted tables: buffet, DJ table, cake table, gift table and guest book table When do I have to give a guest count and pay for the event?A final, guaranteed guest count is required seven (7) days prior to the reception. Charges will be based on the guaranteed guest count. Payment for the event is required 72 hours in advance; personal checks will not be accepted. If the event includes a tab for an open bar, payment for the open bar must be made the next business day, and will be charged to the credit card on file. Can we bring in caterers for food and wine?All food and beverages must be purchased from The Copper Creek Golf Club. In addition, no food may be removed from the premises once it has been prepared and served. These policies are dictated by food safety and licensing laws. All menu prices are subject to an 18% service charge and the state sales tax. Menu prices are subject to change. When do I need to schedule an appointment to go over all of the details of the event?About a month before the actual event. Our Sales and Event Manager will contact you to set-up an appointment. At this time you will receive a formal estimate based on your selections. What other services do you provide?Copper Creek Golf Club has audio/visual equipment available for rent, and additional rental equipment can be coordinated per request.
